Hey There
I am Meaghan Ray Peters, the owner of Inclusive Clinics Consulting.
I go by Meaghan Ray and use they/them pronouns.
I am a physiotherapist, a PhD student, a parent, and a spouse. I continually advocate for 2S/LGBTQ+ inclusion in healthcare, academic, professional, and research spaces.
I'm very glad you're here.
Why I started Inclusive Clinics Consulting
I have taught a variety of healthcare professionals and students about 2S/LGBTQ+ inclusivity over the last 10 years. No matter how much time I spend on practical application and specific suggestions, my audience never feels confident that they can evaluate their own clinical practice, know what needs to be changed, and make the changes in a way that will be affirming.

There is always a gap between instruction and practical application.

In the last couple years I have focused on developing practical tools for clinicians and researchers - checklists and guidelines that require minimal expertise to use. These tools are still in development, but even once I get them out into the world, no tool can cover all possible scenarios.

So I started Inclusive Clinics Consulting to offer inclusivity services to bridge the gap between knowledge and application for 2S/LGBTQ+ inclusivity in healthcare spaces. You get to benefit from all the expertise behind those practical tools and the satisfaction of immediate results.
